  • Prior to that Vice President (Legal) and Company Secretary of HB Stockholdings Ltd. for about 11 years as Incharge of Group’s Corporate and Legal Affairs and experienced in the securities market, mutual fund, merchant banking, corporate laws, and general legal affairs. 

  • Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Companies of various Corporate Groups.
